Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and the item ordered. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
Some items have shipping calculated at checkout. You’ll always see your exact shipping cost before you pay.
Multiple packages
Products ship from different fulfillment centers, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won’t be charged extra shipping for this.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at mark@msresrq.com and we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at mark@msresrq.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
