This Privacy Policy explains how Wishing for this.. ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from wishingforthis.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by MSRESRQ LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and is hosted on Shopify.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Store and fill your orders.

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number
• Shipping and billing address
• Order details: items purchased, order notes, discount codes used
• Messages you send us by email or through the Store's chat

Payment information

Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment processors at checkout (such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Store, Shopify and the tools we use may collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, items added to your cart and how you arrived at the Store. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
• Correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information (we may keep what the law requires, such as tax records)
• Opt out of marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link in any email)
• Opt out of any sale of personal information or targeted advertising (we do not sell personal information)

Residents of some states, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others, have these rights under state privacy laws. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires, usually 45 days. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

The Store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where we operate

We are based in the United States and currently ship only to U.S. addresses. Your information is stored and processed in the United States and, through our service providers, possibly in other countries.
